Dr. Stephanie Berry
Dr. Stephanie Berry is a dynamic and results-driven educational leader with a proven track record of driving school transformation and accelerating student achievement. With over 20 years of experience in education, she currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Amon Carter-Riverside High School in Fort Worth ISD, where she has led key academic and operational systems including mathematics, special education, testing, and college, career, and military readiness (CCMR).
Dr. Berry’s experience spans a wide range of educational roles, including assistant principal at multiple campuses, summer school principal, district math specialist, cadre leader, and classroom teacher in middle and high school. She has designed and delivered district-wide professional development, authored curriculum, and supported educators through coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning. These experiences have equipped her with the expertise to build high-performing teams and lead systemic instructional improvement.
Dr. Berry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. She earned a Master’s degree in Administration from Texas Wesleyan University, along with her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University.
As a principal, Dr. Berry is committed to leading with urgency, vision, and purpose to create a high-performing school where every student is prepared for success in college, career, and life.

Mrs. Kimberly Fabela
Kimberly Fabela is a dedicated educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in education. She was a teacher for 22 years, teaching at the elementary, middle and high school level. She now serves as an Assistant Principal, where she supports instruction, student achievement, testing, attendance, discipline, and campus operations.
Mrs. Fabela is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting teachers, and creating systems that ensure all students have access to high-quality learning experiences. She believes that high expectations, collaboration, and a positive school culture are essential to student success.
Mrs. Fabela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University. She believes that strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to continuous improvement are the foundation of successful schools.
